Program Description
The TRU FIT Hybrid Training Cycle
To get you in the best shape of your life without burning you out, our HYBRID classes run on deliberate, science-backed 8 to 12-week cycles. Every single movement can be scaled and modified to match your current fitness level. We build your engine from the ground up through three distinct phases:
Phase 1: Hybrid Strength
- The Focus: Building foundational strength, proper form, and total-body power.
- The Goal: Before we move fast, we build a solid foundation. For athletes, this means raw horsepower. For beginners, it means mastering the basic lifts, waking up your muscles, and building the structural strength needed to stay injury-free.
Phase 2: Hybrid Sweat
- The Focus: Boosting your stamina and blending your new strength with endurance.
- The Goal: This is where the magic happens. We take the strength from Phase 1 and teach your body how to sustain it during longer, lower-impact workouts. You’ll torch calories and build the cardiovascular capacity to keep pushing when the clock is ticking—whether in a race or a tough workday.
Phase 3: Hybrid Peak
- The Focus: Reaching your personal best and mastering your pacing.
- The Goal: It's time to put it all together. For competitors, we dial into specific race movements and transitions. For fitness enthusiasts, this is your graduation phase where you test your progress, build mental toughness, and realize just how much stronger you've become since day one.
